An independent supplement review publication. We build our scores from aggregated data — not a lab, not a brand mouthpiece.
The supplement aisle — online or off — runs on ad budgets, not evidence. A product with a bigger ad spend often beats a better one on "best of" lists. SupplementLab.org exists to break that link between spend and score.
We started as a small team of researchers and copy editors. We were tired of writing supplement content we couldn't stand behind. Now every ranking traces back to a real source. That means a lab report, a verified customer review, a checked label, or a price tracked over time. If we can't source a claim, it stays out of the review.
We are a review and analysis publication, not a lab. Our editors don't run their own tests. Instead, our team builds each score from four layers of evidence. We check each layer against the others before we publish a number:
Our editors weigh these four inputs and combine them into one 100-point score per product. Where the evidence is thin or mixed, we say so in the review. We don't round up.
Health-related claims across our reviews get an outside clinical read before publication, not just an editorial one.

On SupplementLab.org, Dr. Marinov reviews the health and safety claims in our supplement guides for clinical accuracy before we publish — checking that dosage information, ingredient claims, and cited research are represented correctly. He does not set scores or rankings; that stays with our editorial team. See his full profile at meonutrition.com/pages/dr-dimitar-marinov.
